Cancellations and refunds
No checkout is operated here. These provisions explain enquiries and later separately accepted work.
1. The website itself has no checkout
There is no paid glass purchase on this website. The material studies can be viewed freely, and the local enquiry tool collects neither a deposit nor payment credentials. Preparing a rough measurement outline does not reserve a panel, authorise cutting or book fitting. Closing an unsent draft therefore leaves no website transaction to refund. Even correspondence actually received remains an enquiry until the parties confirm an order. Product, processing and payment arrangements need their own clear record before any commitment is assumed.
2. Before accepting paid work
For a genuine glass order, agree cancellation conditions with the exact specification, quantity, approved dimensions and any processing or delivery. Ask when a supplier order or irreversible fabrication step would be authorised. A standard item and a specially processed piece may involve different practical commitments, which must be established rather than invented. The site sets no blanket cancellation fee or universal no-refund rule. The accepted agreement and applicable mandatory rights govern the treatment of a particular order, including any requirement to correct a genuine defect.
3. Changing or cancelling an accepted request
If you want to cancel work that has actually been accepted, communicate promptly and identify the agreement and the work affected. Ask for confirmation of what has been received and what can still be stopped. Opening an email application or deleting a draft is not a cancellation received by the other party. Depending on the agreement and applicable law, work already completed, specifically authorised expenses or irreversible third-party commitments may need separate consideration. Their existence and amount must be established from the actual record.
4. Concerns about the delivered scope
If supplied material or agreed work appears inconsistent with an accepted order, identify the approved specification, quantity, measurements and the particular issue. Appropriate evidence can help distinguish an incorrect supply from a subsequent change in preference or use. Do not assume that a schematic website image was the technical specification. Correction, replacement or reimbursement depends on the actual facts, agreement and applicable rights. This page neither promises an automatic refund nor precludes remedies required by law; it supplies no online mechanism for deciding a product dispute.
5. Third-party orders and commitments
Cutting, processing, transport, fitting and supplier orders may involve commitments that need to be agreed specifically. No such order, reservation or production instruction is placed through this website. The initial website form does not authorise any such order. Ask which costs are included, which require your approval and who is the contracting party before committing funds. A cancellation request to this publisher does not automatically cancel a separate agreement with another provider. Likewise, a third party’s policy cannot by itself decide what is owed under a different agreement. Establish the actual payments and contractual roles when considering reimbursement.
6. How to raise a refund request
A request about an actual order may be addressed to [email protected] with the order reference, relevant payment and a clear description of the concern and requested resolution. Avoid full card numbers, banking passwords, building access codes or unnecessary personal documents. The static site cannot approve a repayment, receive returned goods or confirm that a message reached its destination. If reimbursement or another remedy is agreed, document the basis and use an appropriate verified route. An unsent local draft is not a received cancellation notice.
7. Statutory rights and updates
Applicable mandatory rights may govern cancellation periods, defective services, refunds or other remedies and take precedence where required. Nothing here requires someone to waive rights that cannot be waived or accept an invented universal no-refund rule. This page describes the website and enquiry process as of 3 November 2026. A future paid product, subscription or ordering feature would need conditions that describe that feature before use. For an existing engagement, review the terms actually accepted and the law applicable to that transaction.
