Website and example disclaimer
Context and limits of the descriptions, illustrations and local enquiry process.
1. Purpose of the published material
The glass pages help organise an enquiry around application, measurements, appearance and fulfilment. They are general information rather than an approved product specification. No stock quantity, safety certification, fabrication tolerance or installation capacity is established by the illustrations. A real order requires confirmation of suitability, final dimensions, processing and availability. The enquiry guide can make those questions easier to ask, but it cannot evaluate supports, loads or building requirements for a visitor’s project from a generic drawing.
2. What the examples represent
All three material studies are original schematic graphics. The transparent panels, ribbed texture and reflective surface are visual examples rather than photographed work, manufacturer samples or a guaranteed product range. No commercial client, completed installation or measured performance result is claimed. Keep the illustrative caption when discussing a drawing so that it is not mistaken for a certified technical sheet. A similar visual effect elsewhere does not create a manufacturer relationship or prove that an equivalent item is held in stock.
3. Identity and professional claims
The publisher identity and address appear in the About page and footer. Alumi-Vidros is the trade name linked in the consulted company records to OZUME & POPPI LTDA. The website makes no installer accreditation, manufacturer partnership or completed-project claim. No endorsement, certification, award, years of personal experience or independently verified client list is asserted by the design of these pages. The published domain and English text do not create a United States office or change the address shown. A future agreement should correctly identify its parties and the capacity in which a service is being provided.
4. Checking the intended use
Final glass selection can depend on application, size, support, exposure and safety requirements. A screen diagram cannot establish thickness, treatment, load capacity or compliance. For a real request, confirm the specification, quantities, final measurements and fulfilment responsibilities before production or purchase. Appropriate technical assessment may be needed for building use. The website makes no claim of installer accreditation or manufacturer endorsement and cannot verify every supplied drawing. An attractive visual direction is not a substitute for the actual information and approvals required for the setting.
5. Email drafts and receipt
The enquiry form displays a browser preview; it does not place an order, reserve stock or issue a fabrication instruction. Its optional email link offers a draft to your application for [email protected], where you decide whether to send. Delivery, inbox monitoring and reply timing cannot be confirmed by the page. No payment, visit or installation is booked through that operation. If your project needs a confirmed date or specification, obtain explicit acceptance through an appropriate verified contact route rather than relying on a generated draft.
6. Availability and external behaviour
A browser, host, network or email application can fail or behave differently under different settings. Static pages and diagrams do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device or third-party service. A locally prepared draft can disappear when a page is reloaded, and browser restoration may behave differently between devices. Save information you need using your own appropriate tools. These practical limitations do not remove duties or rights that apply to an actual agreement; they explain the limited function of the public enquiry tool.
7. Corrections and rights
If a description or example appears inaccurate, identify the page and the specific issue in a message to [email protected]. A correction can be considered without treating the original wording as an agreed commercial specification. The disclaimer reflects the pages as published on 3 November 2026 and should be read with the Privacy, Terms and Cancellations pages. It does not exclude statutory rights or excuse misleading statements. Any commissioned work needs its own clear record of scope, responsibilities and acceptance, rather than assumptions drawn from a portfolio or illustrative overview.
