Enquiry preparation
Measure the question
before the glass.
Approximate information can help define a request. Final fabrication measurements need a separate agreed check.
Useful initial information
Describe what the glass is for and whether it is a new item or a replacement. Note an approximate width and height, the number of pieces and the general location. State the measurement unit clearly.
If you have a preferred finish, explain the visual effect you want rather than assuming a technical specification. Do not send building access codes or private third-party records in the initial message.
Questions still to settle
Final dimensions, tolerances, holes, cut-outs, edges and support conditions can change what is feasible. Confirm the product and processing before a fabrication instruction is accepted. The website does not validate dimensions or produce an engineering drawing.
